I am an accomplished senior manager with 23 years of experience in the humanitarian sector where I am responsible for delivering project and programme management for strategic and operational initiatives, personnel deployment, office management and field office set up. I get a great sense of personal reward from helping to make a difference in post-conflict and insecure environments and have worked on initiatives worldwide, deploying to Afghanistan, Croatia, Dubai, Montserrat, Pakistan, Sierra Leone, South Africa, and Turkey. 

I have strong strategic management and coordination / organisational skills and can comfortably handle high-pressure work environments adhering to strict deadlines. I communicate confidently and effectively with stakeholders and employees at all levels.
