This I do through established forums such as the community of practice partners group as well as bilaterally.

I have a broad based experience of peacekeeping engagements in integrated mission contexts, mission planning, and transition processes. I have 17 years experience in international peacekeeping, with a rich professional profile and networks reflecting a wide-ranging career within the UN system. As a peacekeeper, I have in-depth understanding and experience in the application of UN policies, programming approaches and tools, operational frameworks and systems. I also possess extensive experience in joint technical assessments, formulation of strategies and operational plans, drawing lessons learned and best practice, thereby ensuring the well-being and safety of peacekeepers. I have a broad based experience of peacekeeping engagements in integrated mission contexts, mission planning, and transition processes.  I have excellent analytical and problem solving skills, which I have utilized to prepare analytical reports, and briefs for mission leadership decision making process within the Joint Mission Assessment Centre. I am a legal practitioner.
