Fore more than 10 years,  I lead  proposal preparation of IFI ( EU, ADB, EBRD, EIB, WB) tendered projects in several countries including Turkey, Central Asia, Balkans and MENA regions with special focus on  energy, water and environmental sectors . This helped me to have achieved extensive experiences in writing winning  proposals /methodologies, understanding of  Terms of References, gained a deep experience in procurement procedures of IFI tenders and developped winning strategies according to client's expectation and set of evaluation criteria identified during tendering stage.

My engineering background in energy and environmental fields and obtained master degree in Project Management in France are also added value to my expertise in engineering consultancy business area.

Additionally, I have gained strong network with international and local experts in several fields and several countries.

In 2016, I achieved 100% of hit rate of proposals. This success was honoured via Stantec ( former MWH) Globa President's Award in Outstanding Marketing Achivement. I am now able to write winning proposals from scratch in engineering fields in any country particularly for IFI tendered projects.
