Complex transboundary systems analyst and governance expert, Dr. Bocchino has developed an extensive knowledge on the legal framework and governance mechanisms for transboundary natural resource management in Southern Africa, with extensive knowledge on Mozambique, South Africa and Zimbabwe. Having acquired experience both in the academic and consulting fields, she is well positioned to support decision-making processes through stakeholder analysis and mediation, network building and project development, including Monitoring, Evaluation & Learning.

She is an experienced regional programme manager for collaborative processes involving government, donors and private sector on environment and development.
