  14 years general experience in implementation of the EU environmental requirements and policies (several years in Estonia, 2004-2005 Jordan, 2009-2011 Serbia)

   Extensive experience in internationally funded projects (PHARE, LIFE/UNDP, EuropeAid, WHO) in the environment field

   Thorough knowledge of the EU environmental acquis, institutional/strategic framework and policy problems within environmental management (TAIEX trainer and trainer of EU environmental directives in Macedonia and Turkey)

  15 years experience in the field of environmental management in Estonia (introduction of the environmental management system according to the ISO 14001 standard) as internal consultant, trainer and internal auditor, lead ISO 14001 certification auditor for the Estonian National Certification body) and in Serbia

  Participation in technical assistance projects dealing with institutional assessment and development documents for environmental management institutions including statutes, position descriptions, qualification requirements and other related acts
