Save the Children, Panama (Panama)

▪ Provide guidance and support to strategic educational planning, monitoring and evaluation processes to the regional and country offices, assuring coherence and alignment between local, regional and global policies and initiatives to reach and improve the lives of the most deprived children with a special focus on children on the move and children with disabilities.

▪ Provide technical support to the establishment of specific goals, objectives, strategies and implementation plans within the education thematic using results-based planning approach and methodology;

▪ Assure quality of education programming and evidence-based technical support to a designated part of the Save the Children Norway portfolio in the region (Colombia, Guatemala, Haiti, Nicaragua), focusing on school safety and protection, inclusive education, and teacher professional development;

▪ Ensure that crossover-thematic such as child participation, partnerships and non-discrimination is well integrated; ensure integration with Child Protection, Child Rights Governance and Health and Nutrition programmes where relevant;

Conduct trainings and capacity-building to Country Offices, Civil Society Organizations and Government partners.
