Cooperation experiences with the experts and governmental officials from the Baltic States, CIS, Central Asia. The CEE expert of UN ECE mission to Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Azerbaijan and Tajikistan in relation with the international environmental conventions.

Proved negotiation skills related with environmental conventions and international agreements on EIA/SEA issues. Leading role in concluding bilateral agreements between governments of Estonia, Latvia, Russia and Finland on Espoo Convention on the EIA in Transboundary Context (E.g. Co-chairman of the Estonian-Latvian and Estonian Finnish Joint Commissions on Espoo Convention).
