Ousséni Kinda is an economist and evaluator with knowledge of new development trends. He has sound competencies in capacity-building, quantitative impact evaluation techniques; retrospective and prospective impact evaluation, qualitative evaluation techniques, social impact analysis, cost benefit analysis and value for money. His areas of interest span research, econometrics, evaluation, technology in evaluation, aid policies; economics of development; political theory and governance; data collection and analysis; sector policy (Agriculture, food and nutrition security, water management, health, climate change, child protection, gender). He has extensive experience as trainer on gender and development as well as on gender responsive planning and evaluation. Thanks to previous positions, he has developed managerial qualities with the capacity to orient, motivate and manage a team. He is member of evaluation societies for the promotion of evaluation. He is openminded with multicultural communication skills, flexible and willing to work in a collaborative and fast –paced environment.
