Advising on strategic planning and agricultural policy formulation, incorporating rural development themes into the programs and activities of the ministries of agriculture of Afghanistan, Iraq, Eritrea, Kosovo, Bolivia, etc. Field experience in Africa, Middle East, Asia, Latin America, Eastern Europe.
