  • 18 years of professional experience in managing and implementing programs, projects and initiatives in the MENA region within the scope of organizational and public policy reform, business and institutional transformation, capacity building and governance.
  • Provide expertise to public institutions, SMEs, and NGOs with USAID, IFC, EU and GIZ programs in Jordan.

  • Fiscal reform experience, providing technical support to the Ministry of Finance and the General Budget Department in fiscal decentralization policies, procedures, organization structuring, capacity building and program management at the national and sub-national level. Project funded by USAID and implemented by Deloitte LLC.
  • Public sector reform experience, streamlining of governmental departments and ministries, processes redesign and restructuring of public organizations; ministries, governorates and municipalities.
  • Practical and theoretical experience in decentralization, its main components: expenditure assignment, funding & fiscal transfers, budget planning and budget execution.
  • Strategy development for different organizations, business units and departments, setting objectives, targets and KPIs.
  • Organization Structuring: setting up new organization structure for public and private institutions with functional duties, and job descriptions.
  • Human Capital Development: designing rewarding systems, salary scales, training need assessment, training and capacity building policies, succession planning, authority matrices, and competency models.
  • Capacity building for institutions, ensuring impact, sustainable institutional change and policy reform.
  • Networking and collaboration at all levels; the Government of Jordan, international donor agencies, corporations, NGOs, and the sub-national government.
