Special Independent Liason Advisor / Colonel NOR Armed Forces (SME) Defense, Safety & Security, temporarily assigned as LNO SME to MoD, MoI and CTS at CJTF-OIR HQ / MLT, Baghdad, Iraq. Currently assigned as the NOR National Director MCDC (Multinational Capability Development Campaign). Previously, I have worked in different leadership capacities on strategic, operational and tactical levels, and held various Operational Command positions in different Programs and Missions in an international environment during 2005-2012, in close cooperation with the AU, UN, NATO and EU/EDA and both the Royal NOR MoD and MoFA.
