As a result of my familiarity with most donors Rules and Procedures, I hold a solid track of success leading Business development by identifying and formulating projects funded by the EU and Multilateral organizations in West and North Africa. This is addition to other accomplishements in the implementation and oversight and support to evaluation of several projects in the subsaharan africa and in MENA region.
