 Over 35 years of professional experience management expertise including 19 years in Turkey, Eastern European Countries,
CIS and the Balkans.
 14 years specific experience in municipal and environmental infrastructure management, planning and construction
within water supply, network, domestic water, wastewater sector and PRAG/FIDIC contraction contracts. Also, Irrigation
& Drainage, Dewatering, Industrial Building, Steel structure (Glass Factory, Mining facilities, Digester and Gas
Generator systems).
Technical Assistance and Supervision, Member of Consultant’s Team as Deputy Resident Engineer, Deputy Team Leader,
Chief Resident Engineer.
 Over 14 years proven record in project /construction management in his function of Contractor’ Representative for IFIs
(EU, ISPA/IPA, ADB, KFW). Management of multi-disciplinary teams comprising local and international experts and multi-
stakeholder projects including 8 projects in Turkey, Azerbaijan, Montenegro, valued at 1-400MEUR in terms of works contract. Over
14 years expertise gained in managing and implementing EU investment projects within the environmental sector of up
to 73M EUR (Projects with a design population of over 100,000 people are marked as N#1, 2, 4, 5, 7, 8, 9, 11 in CV text).
       Extensive experience with management and preparation of pre-feasibility and feasibility studies (FS), Environmental
Impact Assessments (EIA) in Azerbaijan.
 Experience in project management and international contract and procurement policies according to contracts for ADB
(Asian Development Bank). Excellent experience of preparation tender dossiers and procedures of contracts under PRAG and
FIDIC rules.
       Experience with IFIs – ADB, KFW, IPA : knowledge of procedures and requirements. Proven experience with the EU Acquis
and application of EU Environmental Directives.
       Good communicator with audiences of differing administrative and technical levels.
