About
I am a development and humanitarian professional with over 15 years of experience in policy advisory, program management, and digital transformation across global governance, crisis response, and socio-economic development. My work spans international organizations, governments, and the private sector, with a focus on digital governance, access to information, and economic development including market systems, entrepreneurship, TVET and trade policy. I have led and contributed to multilateral initiatives, multi-stakeholder partnerships, and policy frameworks that bridge digital development, access to information, and economic resilience.
In humanitarian contexts, I have worked extensively on economic recovery, food security, and cash aid as modality, particularly in designing and implementing digital payment solutions for crisis-affected populations. I have advised on the integration of mobile money and e-payment systems to improve the efficiency, transparency, and accessibility of cash transfer programs in fragile and conflict-affected settings.
My expertise in digital transformation includes advising on e-governance strategies, open data initiatives, and the ethical implementation of emerging technologies, including AI. I have worked on strengthening (digital) public processes, regulatory frameworks, and capacity-building efforts to help governments and institutions navigate change. With a strong background in systems thinking and interdisciplinary approaches, I work at the nexus of technology, governance, economic development and impact-driven innovation, ensuring solutions are contextually relevant, scalable, and sustainable. I enjoy designing and facilitating training programs for policymakers, civil society, and staff, as well as sharing knowledge through guest lectures at the master's level in entrepreneurship and innovation.
