A self-motivated, talented and ambitious , with more than 14 years of program management experiences and currently working as Country Consortium Coordinator .  He takes direction well and works hard to manage stakeholder expectations.

He has also a good track of records in project management in development sectors such as ,Women and Gender, Economic Empowerment , Disability Inclusions , HIV/AIDS and Sexual and Reproductive Health, that serve communities at large.

Muktar is willing to travel and/or spend long periods in remote field areas under pressures, and is currently looking for a suitable position related to project/ program management  positions within a leading development organization to exert his potential efforts at higher level of standards.
