Davlatyor has over 20 years of experience in international development and financial inclusion projects with the Aga Khan Development Network (AKDN). He started his carrier with the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) during the civil war in Tajikistan and later managed the post-war relief and rural development projects of the Aga Khan Foundation in the country. He facilitated the institutional integration process of the Afghanistan Rural Microfinance Program (ARMP) with the First Microfinance Bank of Afghanistan (FMFB) and successfully led the digital transformation process of Première Agence de Microfinance (PAMF) in Madagascar. He has a strong background in private sector development, microfinance and SME banking, digital deployment and has designed and developed various financial products and services for the underserved and vulnerable population in Asia and Africa.
