Summary of Qualifications:

Law Degree (LL.B) and Minor in Communications_ Ottawa University

Over 8 years experience working with the Canadian Federal Government as Legal Counsel, Policy Analyst and Conflict Resolution Manager.

Experience working in a start up environment on all HR and legal related matters

Experience working and designing projects with NGOs and small and medium enterprises

Experience working with lending institutions such as banks or other public or private lending institutions and subsequent experience drafting complex lending instruments

Experience providing legal opinions on a broad range of issues (Administrative law, Commercial law, Tax law and Constitutional law) and providing recommendations to stakeholders

Perfectly fluent in English, French, Kinyarwanda and working knowledge of Swahili.
