Over 13 years’ experience as a laboratory scientist and/ or public health practitioner in Zimbabwe, Botswana, Eswatini, Mozambique and Sierra Leone. Experience with quality management systems (QMS) assignments in Africa; management of public health laboratory programs in Eswatini; and to leading the strengthening of vaccines data and supply chain systems and development of technical best practices on supportive systems in West Africa.

Successfully done baseline assessments the level of implementation of vaccines supply chain systems in Sierra Leone and consequently developed a workplan and Quality improvement plan for strengthening vaccine supply chain systems for each of the 4 selected districts.
Monitoring and evaluation of the effectiveness and efficiency of diagnostic and vaccines delivery methods & procedures and promotes best practices.

Contribute in project and program evaluations and assuring that periodic project reviews are accurate and timely and ultimately and follow donor expectations and deliverables and then recommend and/or approve modifications to project activities.
Developing of work and communication documents: Product consumption tools, SOPs, project training materials, guidelines, work plans, presentations and reports.
Experience with data management systems for Vaccines and HIV, Malaria and TB management.
Periodic participation in review committees, research study groups, public health task groups, or comparable groups delegated responsibility for reviewing and developing public health medical/scientific policies, procedures and guidelines as they relate to programs.
Quantitative and Qualitative Research: Lead author in various quantitative research papers and co-author in one qualitative paper.
