- Water and Wastewater Sector Expertise: Over 28 years of experience in Integrated Water Resources Management, Water and Sanitation (WASH), public health, irrigation, water governance, rural development, green economy policies, utility finance, institutional capacity building, monitoring and evaluation, coordination, policy dialogue, urban water utility management, utility organization and management, asset management, corporatization, human resources development, social and economic development, regional integration and cooperation, and gender equality.
- Hydrogeological Investigations: More than 8 years of experience in hydrogeological field investigations, including aquifer testing and geophysical surveys for groundwater development.
- Geophysical Survey Techniques: Expertise in seismic methods, such as reflection seismology, seismic refraction, and seismic tomography.

- Organizational Development: Support for organizational development of governance boards for Water User Associations (WUAs) and Independent Farming Units (IFUs) at the community level.
- Gender Mainstreaming: Expertise in gender analysis, rural and urban development, and capacity building of Government staff and targeted groups on gender mainstreaming.
- Technical Review and Appraisal: Capacity building for the water/wastewater sector to support appraisal and review from a technical perspective. Reviewing water efficiency for irrigation and wastewater projects.
- Project Preparation and Finance: Preparation of high-quality bankable projects, sub-projects, and loan documentation. Experience in green credit lines, private finance initiatives (PFI), and setting up procedures for providing loans to water users associations.
- Evaluation Expertise: More than 10 years of experience in evaluating large interventions (sector, policy, and country strategies evaluations), data collection, and utilizing mixed-method evaluation methodologies.
- Environmental and Social Safeguards: Experience in Environmental and Social Standards (ESSs), Environmental and Social Commitment Plan (ESCP), Resettlement Policy Framework (RPF), and Stakeholder Engagement Plan (SEP).
