Movement Control Assistant:

Preparing the passenger manifest & Manage the cargo planning and coordinating with the check- in agents.

Supervising the loading / off-loading of the cargo & baggage considering all safety regulations.

Supervise the DGR cargo loads taking consideration DGR regulations, maintaining the record for the same &

Ensure baggage weight per passenger should not be exceeded as per the aviation safety rules & regulations & make sure the flight crews receive all the necessary documents like passenger manifest / Notoc / DGD.

Managing & Maintain relations with all other departments likes Customs / security & immigration for smooth turnaround of the flight.

Supervising the preparation of luggage and cargo for transportation and ensure that plastic wrapping and labelling are conducted in accordance with the established procedures.

Managing the cargo staff for the movement of the shipment for the customs clearance, security clearance, transit times and the route of the aircraft & accordingly draft the Movement order.

Managing & Maintaining relations with local authorities in the Airport i.e. ATC briefing, Apron control, & Supervising all administrative works like, operational reports, weekly reports, monthly reports & statistical data.

Managing the Military & Police Contingents rotations considering all the prescribed weight limit of the hold of the aircraft and with all the safety measures.

Coordinating with Air operations for the flight schedule for the planning of cargo and passenger & draft the movement orders when the flight departed from the station & accordingly brief passengers on schedules, routes, and timing and safety requirements.

Managing the Non- Scheduled flights and support the flight for the necessary requirements.

Supervises the aviation security activities related to airfields / air terminals while doing the operation.

Ensure time to time re-checks the SOP’s and if any changes required, circulate the information among the employees & accordingly trained them.
