Organisational Development Manager:

Developing the capacity of Syria Relief as well as other CBOs, institutes and NGOs, through conducting comprehensive organisational capacity assessments and training needs assessments, design and implement capacity development activities such as training, on the job support, coaching and mentoring in addition to providing the required consultations for improving policies and procedures. Advocating through the networks, alliances and fora that SR is an active member.

Project/ Program Management Trainer: Conducting more than 30 project/program management trainings for more hundreds of aid workers working with local and international NGOs in Turkey and Syria in both languages Arabic and English using PM4NGOs’ curriculum “Project Management for Development Professionals” and “Program Management for Development Professionals”.

Partnerships Management Trainer: Conducting more than 10 partnerships management trainings for more tens of managers/coordinators responsible as focal points for the relationships of their organizations.
