Shaba Philip Jafe has four years of experience in the nonprofit sector, and earned a Bachelor's of Science in Psychology and also three weeks of Practicum training . While working as Project manager, he helped improve quality education of rural dwellers living in his community by organizating spelling bee competition and small gesture big different. Previously, Philip worked as Customer Care Representative. Through these experiences, he developed strong project coordination and implementation skills. Philip enjoys focusing on the topics of quality education and has a strong passion for youth empowerment.
