Project Management: Designed and implemented three projects according to the Logic Framework: Gender and Human Rights-Based Approach.

Leading: Confident management teams thanks to four-year experience supervising and coordinating teams up to thirty staff members.

Administration: Independent management of workload within tight deadlines: finances, audits, report writing, Monitoring & Evaluation.

Human Resources: three-year experience recruiting, training and implementing policies. Supported career development through coaching and implemented a Dispersed Leadership model to upskill the team.
