Project Management: Sound grasp of the project management cycle and experience in developing project concepts, with over 9 years’ experience supporting the management and implementation of socio-economic development, humanitarian and technical assistance projects focussing on health and nutrition, food security, livelihoods, financial inclusion, social protection (cash-based interventions), skills development and WASH.
Monitoring & Evaluation: Sound grasp of participatory M&E, outcome mapping, results-based and rights-based M&E with over 5-years’ experience in the design of monitoring and evaluation and performance measurement systems as well as conducting evaluations (quantitative and qualitative) and ensuring program quality. Broad experience in database development and management, development of data collection and analysis tools with expertise using ONA, ODK, Kobo and I-Form as well as some experience using DHIS2, Qlik-Sense, Tableau and Power-BI..
Research and Documentation: Strong research, analytical, writing and editing skills with sound experience in data analysis using Excel and SPSS and broad experience in report writing, presentation and dissemination of information.
Partnership Building and Donor Relations: Strong negotiation and networking skills with the ability to develop and maintain effective partnerships for project implementation and service delivery; Broad experience in resource mobilization including proposal development and donor relations, reporting and documentation as well as marketing and communications.
Organizational Development and Capacity Building: Sound experience in organizational assessments as well as capacity development of personnel and program communities in monitoring and evaluation, accountability, reporting and documentation.
