As a driven, highly skilled and motivated manager capable of working independently as well as in multi-disciplinary teams, I have successfully managed a diverse range of international programmes in over fifteen countries. A sense of professionalism along with diplomacy, empathy and understanding, has been essential to delivering to key milestones whilst getting the best from people, often in challenging circumstances. I relocated back to the UK to establish a new and bespoke global strategy for a leading global charity. In doing so, I have created programme portfolio, and monitoring framework aligned with the SDG’s that delivers against corporate objectives to support 34 countries, by forming a new team of specialists and utilising evidence-based research. This required a visionary approach in developing a variety of communications tools and platforms in order to inform and influence the creation of new joint partnerships and ventures with academia, specialist agencies, the corporate and private sector to achieve the greatest impact collectively. My underlying goal has been to establish a balance between people, nature and the environment, utilising the management and stakeholder engagement skills honed to date.
