  • More than 11 consecutive years of proven working in the field of the food safety and quality management, and food processing in the developing countries (food processor assessment according to the national and international standard, setup food safety and quality assurance system for small and large food processor, support for setting up food quality control, food testing and analysis tools and equipment in order to ensure the safety and quality of the finished products)

  • Experience in food fortification project (infant flour, maize flour);
  • Hands-on experience in report writing, monthly report related to the activity implementation in English;
  • Creativity and listening skills, quick reaction;
  • Mobility and dynamism Concern for priorities, autonomy, organization;
  • Ability to work in a team and under pressure in the emergency context in English speak country (Liberia);
  • Knowledge of food risk assessment and management, the FSSC 22000 standard Requirements;
  • Knowledge of humanitarian principles and the United Nations code of conduct, experience of work with USAID as donor.
