Consultant, Business Development:

Opening assigned difficult accounts – To help Sales and Marketing by breaking barriers in certain key accounts and open them out by building confidence and interest in BASF.
Training and mentoring Sales / Marketing teams – on soft skills such as, developing Account strategies, assessing potential in projects, etc.,.
Supporting with Marketing documents – Specification documents; standard training modules; roles and responsibilities of Product Managers
Supporting sales teams – Broadly in technical seminars, customer meetings to overcome competition / objections and in troubleshooting.
