• Promotion of the program in the designated area;
• Revision of procedures, terms of reference and manuals of the RICOP Program;
• Develop strategies and work plans for the implementation of the program;
• Provide consultancy to applicant companies or local authorities;
• Evaluate project proposals and submit recommendations for approval;
• Monitoring 15 grantees financed through RICOP Program (Social Response Measures and Active Employment Measures).
