Mr. Cardona has over 20 years of experience in the international business development and tourism fields. He has conducted international market research, program evaluation, design and project management to initiate and promote sustainable economic development and tourism in the US and Latin America. Mr. Cardona has worked on business promotion projects supported by the United Nations Development Program (UNDP), US Agency for International Development (USAID), US Environmental Protection Administration (EPA), US Department of Energy (USDOE) and the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB).  He is fluent in Spanish and English and possesses a working knowledge of German and Portuguese.
