9+ years of experience in legal research, policy analysis and strategic advisory work in the fields of human rights, equality and non-discrimination, with a strong focus on economic and social rights

Extensive experience in stakeholder mapping, legal and institutional analysis, impact assessment, and production of strategic outputs such as policy briefs, research reports, methodologies, evaluations and training materials

Strong capacity for institutional coordination and multi-stakeholder engagement, including team leadership and representation of organisations in high-level advisory bodies at EU and national level
