I am a self-motivated and well-organized youth having graduated in Conflict Peace & Development Studies. I own experiences of working in the fields of media, conflict prevention and peacebuilding, and a proven record of leadership, training and facilitation work targeted at women, youth, political, government and civil society actors through dialogue and conflict transformation. I have conducted lectures and carried a few pieces of research on different components of the peace process and conflict dynamics. Have a strong local to national political understanding, but being politically neutral and impartial at the same time. I have excellent interpersonal and community skills and demonstrated quality, ability to work in small and large teams in a multicultural, multiethnic environment with sensitivity and respect for diversity and gender.
