I am writing a present letter to express my interest in the Senior Expert Consultor position in following areas:

My name is Franz-José Coxe, I am an Swiss and Angolan citizen, a Mechanical Engineer with a big passion for technology and oriented results management. This approach to life has allowed me to gain extensive experience through various Swiss multinationals companies, in the following sectors: Industrialization of processes, respectively in Pharm, Biotechnology, Packaging, Utilities & Facilities, Large-scale Projects Management as well as Multidisciplinary and Multicultural team Management, Communication and carrying out strategic negotiations

After more than three decades spent in Switzerland, where since 1987 I had trained and worked, in 2010 I was given an assignment in Angola by Nestlé Switzerland for a specific mission that included:

• Managing Nestlé’s investments and expansion projects;

• Developing the brand's expansion;

• Defending locally Nestlé’s economic interests;

• Facilitating contacts with Angolan State Institutions and Ministries;

• Helping the setting up of the company in this very in this very specific market;

• Technically, taking care of the construction and implementation of a repacking unit for their brand products.

On completion of my assignment, I decided to stay back in Angola in order to help in the development of my home country, I registered my own company called Coxe & Co Lda that has been acting for the last 7 years, giving me the opportunity to gather the necessary experience about Angola as well as Africa.

Within Coxe & Co Lda, I have been involved in many projects, which cover Manufacturing, Consulting at all levels as well Countries, Administration, Captation of investment and People management.

I strongly believe that a position within this platform will give me the opportunity to mix my European standards and mindset previously acquired in Switzerland, my current African experience, with those that I will find in your structure and organization. Where transparency, trust and integrity are the basis of such a jobs.

Furthermore, my vast professional experience, skills, and global network, allow me to be the real bridge between European and African cultures, to optimally manage the negotiations and to influence important decisions that make it possible to achieve and obtain the best conditions in this market.
