Assistant Project Manager:

Developed the concept behind the Festival of unSettled Ideas. My tasks range from contacting speakers and academics, conducting the marketing of the 150 scholarships offered to Romanian youth age 18-25, to organizing press conferences, engaging with partners and pitching the project to partners and sponsors.

Project Manager:

After the first year as a project manager for two international conferences, I have taken on a new challenge and upscaled my responsibilities with two more international events.

The tasks involved range from contacting local partners, finding speakers, promoting our events in social and mass media to delivering presentations to the audience about Aspire and the recruiting process. The main purpose of these hubs is to promote our organization to distinctive young leaders in order to encourage them to apply for our main summer programs, where professors, as well as international entrepreneurs and successful leaders teach classes on leadership, self- development, critical thinking, entrepreneurship, and design thinking.
