I have worked with in the humanitarian field for over 10 years in various capacities under the planning, monitoring, evaluation, accountability, learning and donor reporting field. I have gained significant experience over the years in different countries in MENA, Europe, Americas, Asia and Africa. All these postings have helped build my knowledge and skills as well as understand the different cultures and contexts that help shape the work we are doing which is primarily to save lives.

I have had the opportunity to build or strengthen MEAL units with systems that include tools, guidelines, frameworks, procedures and human resources. Within the MEAL Unit, i have taken the lead in standardiving several functions including M&EL, complaints, response and feedback mechanism as well as information management. I have led teams of up to 20 staff. I also have the ability to train and mentor in MEAL as I have led several trainings over the years.
