Involved in management and business restructuring, operations, management of energy distribution, project development, and management, in Balkans, Central Asia, West, and East Africa.
Previously served as an adviser for USAID, World Bank, DFID, GIZ, and European Commission-funded projects and advised senior government officials on energy policy, public finance management, and public administration reform.
