Transport and Logistics Assistant:

Drive project vehicles Throughout Zambia for project work at all times and ensuring the safety of passengers and vehicles and adhering to stringent organisational polices and regulation.

Clean and maintain project vehicle-responsible for keeping vehicles in pristine condition, adhering to strict maintenance routines and ensuring that any defects are acted upon immediately.

Acts as a representative of the project at all times, being responsive and provide courteous support to visitors, clients and partners.

Performs other administrative duties on behalf of the project including but not limited to purchase, collect goods, documents or mails, making administrative arrangement and handling payment if needed during activities.

Carry out different inspection of the vehicle before driving such as checking of coolant, oil and other fluids.

Maintaining of logbooks, fuel and Oil requisition book and prepare.
