Anuoluwapo Fashola is a Social Development professional. She is a Commonwealth Professional Fellowship Scholarship Alumni in girls’ empowerment, and a certified Project Manager (Project Management for Development Professional PMD pro level 1). She has technical capacity in facilitating participatory processes for the development and operationalisation of gender transformative and inclusion strategies and frameworks tailored to mutli-sectoral programs. She has over fourteen years’ work experience in Research, program implementation and management in different thematic areas including Advocacy and policy influencing, Education, Child protection, Sanitation, Livelihood and Market Systems Development and Resilience programming. She is very familiar with USAID, DFID, Global Fund, CIDA, Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation donor-funded Programs. She is an active team player, with good interpersonal, communication and facilitation skills, proficient in the use of Microsoft office packages with a very good understanding of participatory and sustainable Program implementation.
