An experienced and dynamic skilled Project Management Expert with over 17 years of working experience in both the Private and Public Sectors in Project Management, Procurement and Supply Chain Management, Project Management, International Trade, Resource mobilization, and Public Sector Debt and Aid Management. I currently work with the Ministry of Finance and Economic Affairs as head of the Aid Coordination Unit. Previously, I worked for the Electricity Supply Cooperation of Malawi (ESCOM) as Director of Procurement and Disposal of Assets for three years, Ministry of Finance and Economic Affairs at the level of Chief Debt and Aid Management Officer, Principal Officer in the capacities of Project Coordinator and Procurement Coordinator for World Bank and African Development Bank Projects, I also worked for Ministry of Industry and Trade as a Trade negotiation Officer. At personal level I operate a small consulting firm where I provide consultancy services on Public Finance Management, capacity building in Procurement Management, Contract management advisory services in strategic planning and governance.

A gentleman with high integrity and diplomacy, who is result-oriented and quick to adapt to new working environments. I have held several positions of influence, such as leadership positions, both as a professional and at the community level. I am a member of various boards of trustees for international and local organizations.
