About

After 40 years specialised experience in Contract Law, I achieved an 'LLM in Environmental Law and Practice', embracing a dissertation paper titled "Restructuring of the Environmental Impact Process (EIA) after Brexit for Incompleteness". My career experience includes:

As a senior Freelance Expert and independent Consultant, specialising in advanced project management services related to recovery and completion of major UK and IFI projects around the world. I have successfully achieved satisfactory completion performance on 9 major projects as a replacement Project Manager.

A co-author of the Paper published by the ICE Institution in December 1989 titled Salford Docks urban renewal: design, construction and management of civil engineering works; drafting the management section of the paper, in which the 'project co-ordinate programme' management tool was first adopted, covering 107 separate Infrastrucutre Contracts and over 20 Development contracts.

Specialization in Fluid Mechanics related to municipal sludges in 3 flow / transport zones, including laminar and soft matter Rheology. I wrote a paper on the flow of thick liquids, receiving an ICE Miller Prize Award in 1972.

I am currently preparing a skeletal 'Environmental Energy Master Plan' framework' for high energy yield power production, embracing clean energy requirements, for use after Brexit. Huge quantities of tidal energy are ready to be harnessed around the UK Island State, at this time and in the near future, relating to additional methodologies for clean renewable energy. The Country has a unique location at the head of the North Atlantic Gulf Stream, it's transition between two major Oceans along the continental Shelf's bathymetric vertical profile, and along the 'Slope Current' flowing around the Western Coastline of the British Isles. 'Structured Co-ordinated plans and programmes' are now required to enable sufficient renewable energy resouces to meet the UK requirments, through major national energy projects in future years.
