Project Manager:

Working on Systems thinking for DHMTs. In two districts of Pakistan was adapted and has 3 main objectives:
a) Community of Practice : Create a global community of systems thinkers (technical support centre, local research institutions and the district managers);
b) Analysis Hub : to generate research on how systems thinking can support district managers and help understand district health systems;
c) Systems Thinking for Districts : aims to adapt and implement some systems thinking tools at the district level and support district managers in a mindset shift.
Accomplished the End Evaluation of Water, Immunization, Sanitation, and Education Project. Qualitative and Quantitive study of the project. The following were the main responsibilities: Review project Literature; Preparation of Inception report; Preparation of work plan; Recruitment of staff for (Household) HH survey; Training of the field staff on HH survey; Preparation of questionnaire for Household, Focus Group Discussion participants and Indepth Interviews; Monitoring of staff in the field; Monitoring & Validation of data collection; Data Analysis; Translating data into the descriptive End Evaluation project report as per TORs.
