Key qualifications:  

• More than 6 years of professional experience in evaluating projects - funded by EU and International donors - focused on SDGs implemented by civil societies organisation concerning local development, youth, migration, gender, social inclusion, health, climate change and food security; 
• Experience with EC Framework Contracts for technical assistance/evaluation ; 
• Experience in selecting, recruiting and preparing teams of consultants, technical and financial offer, training and capacity building sessions;
• First-hand experience with International, European and national non-governmental organisations providing assistance in strategic planning, design of policies and implementation of programmes; 
• Experience in programme evaluation - both strategic and intervention level - and monitoring, Country analysis, conductiojn of interviews and focus groups, preparation oand delivery of questionnaires and reporting; 
• Professional proficiency with EU service contract and funded grants identification, formulation and management -including Project Cycle Management, Logical Framework, Theory of Change, Evaluation and Monitoring Methods, technical and administrative procedures -, needs assessment and impact studies; 
• Knowledge in data analysis and collection, updating database and integrated and participatory local governance processes; 
• Excellent diplomatic skills and ability to work in fragile contexts.
