After an initial degree as a State Registered Nurse, I worked for 10 years in the field and at headquarters of humanitarian organization. In the last 5 years, I have oriented my work in prevention and management of staff misconduct in the field.

Currently, I divide my professional time in the following activities:
1: HR consultant: Support for the design and implementation of PSEA and /or Code of Conduct policies.  Lead investigator following complaints on sexual offenses.
2: Trainer on P- SEA, stress prevention and management.
3. Psychological support for the staff: field visit to analyse the stress factors and support staff. Psy support following a crisis.
