Over 15 years of individual contracting for evaluations of development assistance projects including project/ program evaluations and outcome/ impact assessments for a range of donors in ten different countries. 

Experienced in evaluation of the development projects that supported socially vulnerable groups like women that are victims of violence, Roma, refugees and internally displaced people (IDPs), youth, women living with disabilities, etc. in the post conflict countries of the Western Balkans. 

Knowledgeable in result based management, gender training, mentoring and capacity building of civil society organizations.
