• Extensive professional experience in formulating, appraising and designing projects for management of natural resources (forests and water), social development, agricultural and rural development, rural diversification, livelihood promotion and poverty alleviation.
• Adept in designing Monitoring and Evaluation Frameworks and systems, including Participatory Monitoring and Evaluation using the log-frame and results based management approaches.
• Skills and experience in baseline, mid-term evaluation, end-term evaluation and ex-post evaluation
• Functioned as Team Leader, Sociologist, Survey Specialist or M&E Specialist in M&E of projects and programmes supported by European Union, World Bank, Asian Development Bank, International Fund for Agricultural Development, KfW, DFID, JICA and UNDP.
• Experienced trainer in monitoring and evaluation, community based institutions including self-help based small groups and institutional capacity development
• Extensive experience in monitoring and evaluation of crop production, value addition, and agricultural competitiveness programmes especially in the commodities of rice, oilseeds, pulses, sugarcane, cotton etc.
• Expertise in programmes dealing with land use planning, soil and water conservation, participatory irrigation management, climate change adaptation including the relevance of traditional knowledge for adaptation.
