I am a Kenyan Economics and sociology trained professional currently working with KPMG Advisory Services in the International Development and Advisory Services department (IDAS) as a Programmes, Funds & Grants Senior Advisor. My roles are bid and proposal development, grants management, monitoring and evaluation, Knowledge management, provision of technical assistance and strategic investments, financial monitoring and reporting. I have vast experience in the Energy and Adaptation to Climate Change Technology sectors, Financial Inclusion, Agribusiness and Resilience sectors, and Youth & Entrepreneurship.

I have experience in delivering large scale international programmes for donors and foundations such Alliance for a Green Revolution in Africa (AGRA), Foreign Commonwealth & Development Office (FCDO), MasterCard Foundation, World Bank, NDF, AusAid, DANIDA, IFAD, NMFA, CGAP, SIDA and the Government of Kenya (GOK). Some of these programs include the Africa Enterprise Challenge Fund, the Mastercard Fund for Rural Prosperity (FRP), Energy and Environment Partnership Trust Fund (EEP Africa) and the Kenya Youth and Opportunities Project (KYEOP) amongst others.

I have worked with different grantees / Participants / project developers spread out in different geographical locations in Africa and working in renewable energy, agribusiness, youth employment and financial inclusion sectors supporting them implement programmes and business proposals, prepare financial and progress reports and strengthen their internal controls. I have a wide exposure and rich experience working in diverse sectors, business models, reporting structures and blended finance structures.
