I have acquired my legal practicing license on 8-2-2003 and have acquired High Court practicing license on 25-6-2005. 

I have been enrolled as Assistant Attorney General for Pakistan October 2019 to June 2021, reamined a state council for conducting the cases on behalf of the state since, 12-8-2011 at High Court. I have conducted and appeared on behalf of the state in the High Court in numerous cases since 2011 till date.

The areas of Law I have covered during my Practice included contract laws, criminal laws, corporate and company laws, Property laws, Family laws, Succession laws, Commercial laws, Civil procedure, Criminal procedure and arbitration, international contracts negotiations and rules concerning evidence and interpretations. 

I have gained experience in legal system of Pakistan which is substantially based on common law. I have dealt with various contracts, commercial, civil, criminal and tort matters in domestic superior courts and the rules applicable in such cases are mostly based on English common law.

I have primarily dealt with contentious work and this includes advocacy, litigation and dispute resolution. I have carried out trials, prepared cases, negotiated terms of settlement, made bail applications & pleas of mitigation or committal. I was extensively undertook legal research, prepared, vetted contracts, investigations, evidences, notices and other legal documents, fact sheets and writing legal opinions during my practice.

I have frequently carried out examination in chief, cross examination and re- examination in trial and superior courts.

I have extensive experience in corporate and administrative matters. I have been involved in drafting agreements for security companies and matters related to the Companies Laws including drafting Memorandum and Articles of Association. In addition to this I am regularly involved in advising clients regarding legal formalities involved in Securities and Exchange under the company’s laws.

October 2008 till October 2013: Legal Advisor/Director Legal Affairs at Academy for Educational Development, USAID implementing partner on Upper FATA Livelihoods Development Program, Peshawar, Pakistan. The Federally Administered Tribal Area (FATA) Livelihood Development Program (LDP) is a $150 million initiative by the US Agency for International Development (USAID) in close coordination and cooperation with the Government of Pakistan to improve the lives of the people who live in the FATA Agencies Bajaur, Mohmand, Khyber, the Frontier Region Peshawar with support in the NWFP, District Peshawar, as it relates to development in FATA. Assistance is being provided through a broad range of activities including employment generation, skills training for employment, agricultural and agribusiness development, community infrastructure improvement, small and medium sized enterprise development.
