Mark has over 10 years of experience working in Monitoring and Evaluation Research and learning, Project Management, Emergencies, Business Management, Education, health and community development well as private sector engagement. Mark is experience in developing tools for emergency approach, conducting rapid assessment on emergency situations, Education especially on ECD, Junior and Senior Secondary levels. He has conducted several monitoring, assessments and surveys across his work life.  He is an experienced trainer in Quality Improvement, Quality Assurance, planning, qualitative research, and evaluation techniques in the socioeconomic sector. He has performed numerous assignments as moderator, trainer and facilitator of different workshops and training with different international organizations and donors including World Bank, Save the Children, International Rescue Committee (IRC), ActionAid, ICAP at Columbia University – Mailman School of Public Health, Living goods – Community Health, and the SL Anti-corruption Commission.
