I have a post graduate degree in social science (Counselling Psychology) from a recognised university. I hold a Bachelor degree in Biblical and Religious Studies/community development and peace and conflict transformation. I have learned project management, Management of Nongovernmental organisation, strategic planning, Participatory monitoring and evaluation. I am a born again Christian and an ordained pastor. Faithfulnes and trustworthness are my undefilable qualities.

I am a skilled humanitarian with extensive experience in project/program coordination and management. I have extensive experience in budgeting and budget management, human resource management, management by objectives and even time management. I understand well log frame, and indicator measurement and tracking. I know how to manage multiple projects and multiple donors and also report to each donor according to his requirement and deadlines. I have been participating in proposal development and budgeting. I have also been the base manager. I have been responsible for staff (both local and expatriate) on the field and assure material and asset management.
As a field/regional coordinator and base manager, I have also been responsible for the security of staff under my responsibility.
