Project Manager for the reconstruction and strengthening of approximately 60 locations of road rehabilitation works following the extreme rainfalls of the 2011 wet season (in excess of 100 year floods). Significant landslides and erosion occurred in the mountainous sections of the recently constructed National roads.

Activities performed: Responsible for the planning, financial management, program quality and progress. Less than 6 months to complete the US$15 million reconstruction works before the next wet season. Daily management of the supervision team of 5 engineers, monitoring and reporting team.
