The expert holds an M.Sc. in Gender and Development from the Asian Institute of Technology (AIT) in Bangkok, Thailand, obtained through a NORAD scholarship. Additionally, the expert earned a B.Sc. in Forestry Economics from the Forestry College in Xuan Mai, Vietnam.
